Our 24,000 + sq. ft. facilities include two adjacent studios/stages and beautiful exteriors centrally located near downtown Los Angeles. Spanning two beautiful industrial buildings from the early 1940's, our studio offers a wide range of looks, textures, set flats, props, studio power and tools. Full equipped with the gear and amenities required to produce your next project; the open floor plan with unique character elements are highly customization allows crews to build and accomplish virtually anything. •ANNEX: Industrial stage for film production: cyc, blue screen, green screen, black void, private talent spaces, parking, kitchenette, and more. •EAST + WEST: Multi-space stage for film production: industrial interiors and windows, offices, green rooms, cyc, kitchenette, parking, and more. •TRACKS: Industrial exterior film production location, with railroad tracks. •DOCKS: Industrial warehouse exterior film production location, with multiple surrounding buildings. •GARAGE: Inquire about the garage locations and cars for production rent for your production! Our garage is a unique location where picture vehicles can also be acquired. This is a space that immediately elevates your production value with impressive character and atmosphere. •PARKING: FatEye Studio hosts free parking for crews up to 45 through VIP parking spots and street parking, including disabled persons' accessibility. Street parking is allowed on both the north and south side of the street. Crews 45-85 may book The Bacon Lot which is adjacent to the studio and connected by the studio's side-entrance pedestrian pathway. 85+ crew productions may reserve a larger lot which is less than 5min by shuttle.
