The Westlake Village Studio is one of the most technically advanced high definition (HD) production facilities in the U.S. The state-of-the-art HD studio is integrated with the Four Seasons Hotel, Westlake Wellbeing Center and Spa complex. The Studio is located just 40 miles northwest of Los Angeles, 15 miles north of Malibu and 60 miles east of Santa Barbara, and is centered in the Conejo Valley just off of Highway 101.
The Studio is equipped with 28 remote access points throughout the hotel, conference center, California Health and Longevity institute, Spa, kitchens and gardens which are connected via fiber optic cables to the control rooms. In addition to the primary sound stage, the fiber infrastructure allows HD video capture of any of various events, and sound stage capability throughout the complex. |
